🌎 Open positions (ongoing recruitment)

1. Certified Translator
Certified translators including ATIO, ATIA, STIBC, OTTIAQ, and NAATI.

Recruitment areas include (but are not limited to):

  • ATIO (Ontario) Certified Translator
  • STIBC (British Columbia) Certified Translator
  • ATIA (Alberta) Certified Translator
  • OTTIAQ (Quebec) Certified Translator
  • NAATI（Australia）Certified Translator

Suitable for:
✔ Possesses official certification and can provide legally valid translations.
✔ Attention to detail, on-time delivery, and consistent quality.

2. Translation Project Assistant
Remote / Canada / Australia / China

Main responsibilities:

  • Communicate translation needs and delivery time with the client.
  • Assist in arranging translators and tracking project progress.
  • Basic quality inspection and document organization

Suitable for:
✔ Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English, with clear logic.
✔ Detail-oriented, responsible, and with prior customer service or project experience preferred.

3. Customer Support and Operations Assistant
Customer service-oriented + light operations direction

Main responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and answering questions about translation processes and document requirements.
  • Assist with online order processing, quoting, and follow-up.
  • Participate in daily operations, event execution, and content support

Suitable for:
✔ Enjoys communicating with people and is happy to solve customer problems.
✔ Preference will be given to candidates familiar with relevant procedures in Canada or Australia.

4. Tech & Data Roles
Suitable for remote work/part-time/student internships

The directions include:

  • Front-end development (Vue / React)
  • Backend development (Django / Node.js, etc.)
  • AI-assisted translation tools and automated scripts
  • Data Analysis and Operational Support

Suitable for:
✔ Interested in language services and productivity tools
✔ Capable of independently completing small-scale development or analysis tasks
