QuickTranslation Company (hereinafter referred to as "we") is committed to providing our clients with high-quality translation services. We understand that in some cases, clients may need to request a refund. This refund policy clearly outlines the conditions and procedures for clients to apply for a refund.

Customers can apply for a refund in the following situations:

  • Translation quality not up to standard : If there are obvious errors or quality problems in the translation service, and it is confirmed that these problems are our responsibility, the customer can apply for a partial or full refund.

  • Order Cancellation : If a customer cancels their order before the translation work begins, they can apply for a full refund. If the translation work has already started, the refund amount will be determined based on the amount of work completed.

Refund process

  • Refund Request : Clients should submit a refund request via email within 7 days of receiving the translated work, explaining the reason for the refund.

  • Refund Review : We will review your refund request within 3 business days of receiving it. If necessary, we will contact you for more information or evidence.

  • Refund Decision : After review, we will notify the customer of the refund result. If the refund request is approved, we will process the refund within [specified number of days].

Limitations and Exceptions

  • Errors not our responsibility : Translation errors or problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

  • Subjective dissatisfaction : Refund requests based on personal preferences or subjective standards may not be approved.

  • Requests exceeding the application period : Refund requests submitted after the application period stipulated in this policy will not be accepted.
