QuickTranslate offers translation services including, but not limited to, document translation, interpretation, and localization. The specific scope of services, delivery time, and fees will be determined based on client needs and QuickTranslate's assessment.

Usage conditions

  • Users must ensure that all materials provided to the translator are legal and that the user has the right to translate them.
  • Users agree not to use the translation service for any illegal activities or in any way that violate applicable laws and regulations.

Payment Terms

  • Depending on the type of service and the complexity of the project, the translation service will provide a quote to the client.
  • The client agrees to pay the corresponding service fees in a timely manner in accordance with the translation company's payment terms. Specific payment methods and deadlines will be specified in the service contract.

intellectual property

  • The client retains ownership of the original materials they provide to the translation service.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, the intellectual property rights of the completed translated work belong to the client.

Privacy protection

Limitation of liability

  • QuickTrans will make every effort to ensure the accuracy and quality of its translations, but will not be liable for any indirect losses caused by translation errors.
  • In no event shall the translator be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages exceeding the fees paid by the customer for the related services.

Service termination

  • QuickTranslate reserves the right to terminate services to any user at any time for any reason.

Modify Terms of Service

  • QuickTranslate reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time. The revised terms will take effect immediately upon publication and supersede all previous terms.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms of Service shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of your country.
  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall first be resolved amicably through negotiation. If such negotiation fails, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the court in [specific jurisdiction].
