Translated by a Canadian certified translator, signed and stamped with an official seal, it is accepted by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) ( CIC), provincial immigration offices, Canadian courts, and the Canada Revenue Agency, and can replace a notarized document from a Chinese notary office for use in immigration applications.
After placing your order, please scan or photograph all pages of the document. Please ensure the images are clear, complete, without glare, and unobstructed. Excluding the cover page, there are 3 pages in total (the old version usually had 1-2 pages) and it should be sent to:

To facilitate your application submission, we will send a scanned translation of your documents to your email address within 48 hours of receiving your electronic email. The hard copy will then be mailed to the address you provided via regular mail (for Canadian customers only). Delivery time depends on the efficiency of Canada Post; there is no tracking number, so please do not repeatedly inquire about delivery or arrival times . For customers outside Canada, only electronic copies are available (for online or paper applications). If original documents are required, the customer will need to bear the additional postage costs.
Translation products are non-refundable. If there are any errors that need to be corrected, please contact us via email.
Clients who require revisions or have feedback should do so within 24 hours of receiving the electronic translation. Revisions requested after the document has been sent will incur an additional fee (excluding errors in names, numbers, dates, etc.).
