Translation of Chinese Birth Certificates in Ontario, Canada (ATIO)

The language pair for certified translations must be: English-Chinese, or French-Chinese.

Translated by a Canadian certified translator, signed and stamped with an official seal, recognized by Chinese consulates, and approved by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) (CIC) , various Canadian courts, and the Canada Revenue Agency.

After placing your order, please scan or photograph all pages of your Quebec birth certificate. Please ensure the images are clear, complete, without glare, and unobstructed. Then send them to:

To facilitate your application submission, we will send a scanned translation of your documents to your email address within 48 hours of receiving your electronic email. The hard copy will then be mailed to the address you provided via regular mail (for Canadian customers only). Delivery time depends on Canada Post's efficiency, approximately 2-4 business days. There will be no tracking number; please do not repeatedly inquire about delivery or arrival times. For customers outside Canada, only electronic copies are available (for online or paper applications). If original documents are required, the customer will need to bear the additional postage costs.
