Translated by a Canadian certified translator, signed and stamped with an official seal, and recognized by various educational institutions, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), and provincial immigration offices. It can replace a bilingual notarized document issued by a Chinese notary office and has the same legal effect.

To facilitate your application submission, we will send a scanned translation of your documents to your email address within 48 hours of receiving your electronic email. The hard copy will then be mailed to the address you provided free of charge (for Canadian customers only). Delivery time depends on the efficiency of Canada Post; there is no tracking number, so please do not repeatedly inquire about delivery or arrival times . For customers outside Canada, only electronic copies are available (for both online and paper applications). If original documents are required, the customer will need to bear the additional postage costs.
