Translated by a Canadian certified translator, signed and stamped with an official seal, and recognized by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) (CIC), provincial immigration offices, Canadian banks, courts, and the tax authorities. It can replace a bilingual notarized document issued by a Chinese notary office and has the same legal effect.
After placing your order, please scan or photograph the main pages of your documents ( excluding property registration forms, floor plans, subdivision maps, land parcel maps, etc.; translation will be quoted separately if needed ). To facilitate your application submission, we will send a translated scanned copy to your email address within 48 hours of receiving your electronic document submission. The paper copy will then be mailed to the address you provided via regular mail (for Canadian customers only). Delivery time depends on the efficiency of Canada Post; there is no tracking number, so please do not repeatedly inquire about delivery or arrival times. For customers outside Canada, only electronic copies are available (for online or paper applications). If original documents are required, the customer will need to bear the additional postage costs.
