Delivery time depends on Canada Post's efficiency, approximately 2-4 business days. There is no tracking number; please do not repeatedly inquire about delivery or arrival times. For customers outside Canada, only electronic copies are available (for online or paper applications). If original documents are required, the customer will need to bear the additional postage costs.
Translation products are non-refundable. Clients who require revisions or have feedback must do so within 24 hours of receiving the electronic translation. Revisions requested after the document has been sent will incur an additional fee (excluding errors in names, numbers, dates, etc.).
