To facilitate your application submission, we will send a scanned translation of your documents to your email address within 24 hours of receiving your electronic email. The hard copy will then be mailed to the address you provided via regular mail (for Canadian customers only). Delivery time depends on Canada Post's efficiency, approximately 2-4 business days. There will be no tracking number; please do not repeatedly inquire about delivery or arrival times. For customers outside Canada, only electronic copies are available (for online or paper applications). If original documents are required, the customer will need to bear the additional postage costs.
