The paper copy will then be mailed to the address you provided via regular mail (for Canadian customers only). Delivery time depends on the efficiency of Canada Post; there is no tracking number, so please do not repeatedly inquire about delivery or arrival times. For customers outside Canada, only electronic copies are available (for online or paper applications). If original documents are required, the customer will need to bear the additional postage costs.
